all-original program features commissioned digital shorts by an
array of New York directors with restricted resources but unlimited
ingenuity . Inspired by the Dogma phenomenon, we have invited artists
to interpret the word “huge.” As curators, we provided the directors
with the equipment and the manifesto: a digital camera for one day
of production and editing facilities for two days of post to create
a three-minute video. The interpretations of the theme, mammoth
and intense, were up to the individual artists. Artists will be
present.
